I am so sick of EXPENSIVE and gaggingly perfumed<\/p>\n
laundry detergent. And I\u2019m tired of hearing all the <\/p>\n
claims for clean and bright clothes that are no more clean<\/p>\n
than they should be for much more cost. Plus they are<\/p>\n
so sudsy that it never seems to rinse out properly.<\/p>\n
So, when my niece gave me this recipe-<\/p>\n
I started making my own. <\/p>\n This is so much more economical. And it rinses out beautifully- PLUS- my clothes smell<\/p>\n clean \u2013 not perfumed- and they look brighter.<\/p>\n I just made a second batch- using Fels Naptha laundry soap bar instead of Zote.<\/p>\n But it works just as well- and hardly cost more than 25 cents a load!<\/p>\n In my kitchen\u2026<\/p>\n Is this lovely sea glass candle holder-<\/p>\n So pretty when lit up from the inside!<\/p>\n In my kitchen\u2026<\/p>\n is a delicious selection of teas- Lemon and Ginger, Rooibus- Painted Lady,<\/p>\n a wonderful masala chai, and Keemun- one of my favorite afternoon black teas.<\/p>\n In my kitchen\u2026<\/p>\n is a jar of preserved lemons that my darling Willow made me for Christmas-<\/p>\n I have a book of recipes in my Ohio kitchen that I am dying to try with these!<\/p>\n In my kitchen\u2026<\/p>\n Is pizza- enough to feed my family and then a little left over for lunch later this week.<\/p>\n In my kitchen\u2026<\/p>\n is this sauce- from one of the parishioners at my son\u2019s church. I don\u2019t know Ethel- but<\/p>\n she makes a killer butterscotch sauce!<\/p>\n In my kitchen\u2026<\/p>\n is this truffle trio! I\u2019ve used the salt, and tasted the honey- it is so deep and flavorful-<\/p>\n can\u2019t wait to play with them!<\/p>\n In my kitchen\u2026<\/p>\n Craison \u2013nut oatmeal cookies. Just perfect after the holiday onslaught of sweets!<\/p>\n In my kitchen\u2026<\/p>\n <\/p>\n are some really good bottled glazes and chocolate toppings.
