<\/a><\/p>\nFirst- there\u2019s the beach.<\/p>\n
And then there\u2019s the ocean!<\/p>\n Yesterday there was a wonderful family on the beach. When they saw Aiden, the <\/p>\n First thing they said was,\u201d Hi, do you want to play?\u201d<\/p>\n And the second thing they said was,\u201d We have sand toys!\u201d<\/p>\n The heavens opened up and Angels sang in Aiden\u2019s ears!<\/p>\n He ran off with the kids and only looked up once to see if we were still there.<\/p>\n The ocean, sand, six kids, and toys is as good as it gets in a four year old\u2019s life.<\/p>\n We also had a good visit at the Refuge Center and saw cool models of ships,<\/p>\n and museum quality and hands on stations of the birds, animals, and sea life<\/p>\n in the Refuge. And live video of a resident bald eagle and her cygnets in their<\/p>\n nest. Very cool.<\/p>\n And then Aiden walked the boards on the deck outside.<\/p>\n \u201cVery Dangerous!\u201d he informed me.<\/p>\n And there has been some very good food. We ate most of it before I remembered<\/p>\n to take pictures. But the bacon and asparagus quiche was quite fine.<\/p>\n And the Kale and Pepperoni pizza was fantastic.<\/p>\n Really, really, really good.<\/p>\n We have today to play (and do some cleaning) and then we are leaving tomorrow.<\/p>\n It has been a very good week!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Chincoteague Island fun, that is!
