{"id":5845,"date":"2012-05-10T14:10:52","date_gmt":"2012-05-10T18:10:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/?p=5845"},"modified":"2012-05-10T14:10:52","modified_gmt":"2012-05-10T18:10:52","slug":"enhanced-water","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.heidiannie.com\/?p=5845","title":{"rendered":"Enhanced water"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019m passing on a tip that I think I got from Martha Stewart.<\/p>\n<p>Note this- because it will probably never happen again.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t like Martha, much.&#160; <\/p>\n<p>I think she does share some good things- <\/p>\n<p>but I think she got them from someone else and doesn\u2019t<\/p>\n<p>give them credit for their ideas.<\/p>\n<p>This one, however, I have been using for years, so Martha<\/p>\n<p>is actually ancient history.<\/p>\n<p>So here it is.<\/p>\n<p>When you buy a whole pineapple-imagine picture here-<\/p>\n<p>(I have picture but I just spent 40 minutes looking for it) <\/p>\n<p align=\"right\">&#160;<\/p>\n<p>Clean off the rind, cut out the spots and slice the pineapple in half<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/004.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"004\" border=\"0\" alt=\"004\" src=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/004_thumb.jpg\" width=\"421\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then cut out the center of the pineapple- the hard core- and put them<\/p>\n<p>into a pitcher of water.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/0061.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"006\" border=\"0\" alt=\"006\" src=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/006_thumb1.jpg\" width=\"432\" height=\"646\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Leave for several hours \u2013 and the core will flavor the water with a very<\/p>\n<p>light pineapple flavor and aroma.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/009.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"009\" border=\"0\" alt=\"009\" src=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/009_thumb.jpg\" width=\"437\" height=\"293\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The water is very refreshing on ice or will work well in making a punch for<\/p>\n<p>the base flavor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019m passing on a tip that I think I got from Martha Stewart.
