I\u2019m writing my own today.<\/p>\n
Praise to the Lord for His goodness.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n For His mighty protecting hand in the darkness.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n And for the path He provides through the fog.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Praise Him for His loving care for the deer that <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n didn\u2019t jump into our path- and for the speed <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n He gave to the one that did.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Praise Him for the mysteries of engines and<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n brakes and squeals and noises that turn out<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n to be the rear windshield wipers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Praise Him for guidance around the mountain<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n paths and through the mountain tunnels.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Praise Him for the strength of steel that<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n hold up bridges over the depths of the bay.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n And for the clouds that block the sun during<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n the hottest part of the journey.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Today I\u2019m praising Him for the journeys end-<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n and for the anticipation of a beloved daughter\u2019s<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n soon arrival.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Praise the Lord with me!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I\u2019m writing my own today.
