I\u2019ve been so busy baking lately.<\/p>\n

I decided to have a booth at River City Shop\u2019s <\/p>\n

Spring Fling, in Copley on Friday the 21st of May.<\/p>\n

My booth is called Tea to Go-<\/p>\n

So I\u2019m making tea- and cakes and cookies,<\/p>\n

and scones and sausage rolls and bear breads.<\/p>\n

and quiche and tea sandwiches.<\/p>\n

And some mini-trifles.<\/p>\n

The idea is to pick up a treat and enjoy- now or later!<\/p>\n

So \u2013 I\u2019m baking and preparing.<\/p>\n

Supper is not a main priority- for me.<\/p>\n

For the guys- it\u2019s #1 priority.<\/p>\n

I made pizza last night-<\/p>\n

Jordan was pretty happy.<\/p>\n

I told him I was making flounder tonight- and I did.<\/p>\n

Only I knitted it!  <\/p>\n

He didn\u2019t think I was very funny.<\/p>\n

But I REALLY had a good time knitting this little fish!<\/p>\n

He\u2019s not only cute- but in good taste, no?<\/p>\n

And I got my hair cut just in time for this unseasonable<\/p>\n

hot weather!  80 degrees F- AND I baked most of the<\/p>\n

day.<\/p>\n

( I made Italian seeded sausage rolls and sausage links with<\/p>\n

a blend of tomatoes and onions and green peppers sauteed to <\/p>\n

top the sausage.)  And fresh asparagus picked from the garden with<\/p>\n

ramps to flavor it, pan fried with a little olive oil, a salad and onion<\/p>\n

rings. Not flounder, but still pretty good!)<\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t have time to take pictures of any of the quiche- I froze them as soon <\/p>\n

as they cooled, but over the next week I\u2019ll try to take some more pictures <\/p>\n
