That would make it too sweet!)<\/p>\n<p>I poured it into the crust, covered the edges with aluminum foil and baked it at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes &#8211; then turned the oven down to 350 F and baked for another 55 minutes, taking the foil off in the last ten minutes of baking.<\/p>\n<p>Honestly- I don&#8217;t like most people&#8217;s pumpkin pies.&nbsp; They are too sweet- or the spice is not right.&nbsp; Sweet potato pies seem to have a lot more flavor and don&#8217;t need much sugar at all.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>But if I&#8217;m going to eat a pumpkin pie-<\/p>\n<p>it&#8217;s going to be this one!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/image5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"328\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/image_thumb5.png\" width=\"436\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Here&#8217;s my pie.
