I love these men and women who are dedicated to baking and cooking and experimenting and sharing their recipes with the rest of us!&nbsp; Lately, I&#8217;ve been reading <a href=\"http:\/\/figjamandlimecordial.com\/\">this Australian blog- fig jam and lime cordial.<\/a>&nbsp; And she has shared a wonderful recipe that she got off of another blog, spicegirl- who got it from another blog- do you get the picture here?&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I&#8217;m sharing it with you, because I am in LOVE with these chips- or crisps as the people from the land of OZ call them.<\/p>\n<p>They are so easy to make.&nbsp; AND they are delicious and not greasy and homemade and GOOD!<\/p>\n<p>OK- this is what you need to make these!<\/p>\n<p>~A mandolin for cutting the slices thin and uniform.&nbsp; You could also use a food processor.<\/p>\n<p>~a potato (or 10 potatoes- you decide)<\/p>\n<p>~olive oil<\/p>\n<p>~a sheet of parchment paper<\/p>\n<p>~a microwave safe plate<\/p>\n<p>~a microwave<\/p>\n<p>~sea salt (fine)<\/p>\n<p>Then you do this:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/chips-and-pots-0141.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"319\" alt=\"chips and pots 014\" src=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/chips-and-pots-014_thumb.jpg\" width=\"424\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Slice potato into thin slices-<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/chips-and-pots-015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"180\" alt=\"chips and pots 015\" src=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/chips-and-pots-015_thumb.jpg\" width=\"239\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pour 1 tsp of olive oil and turn them about to distribute it evenly on slices-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/chips-and-pots-017.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"180\" alt=\"chips and pots 017\" src=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/chips-and-pots-017_thumb.jpg\" width=\"239\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Place on parchment paper covered dish &#8211; one layer only-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/chips-and-pots-018.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"180\" alt=\"chips and pots 018\" src=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/chips-and-pots-018_thumb.jpg\" width=\"239\" border=\"0\"><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Place in microwave and cook on high for about 4 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/heidiannie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/chips-and-pots-019.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px;
